The Festival del Rio Anacostia is a bilingual event that has been bringing children and families together for the past four years to learn about our Anacostia River and celebrate the people and cultures that live nearby.
The Festival del Rio is becoming an autumn tradition in our area and while we cannot safely meet at the river as we have in years past, we are committed to keeping the Festival del Rio up and running in 2020.
Join us online at the Festival del Rio Anacostia on October 24th, 2020 from 11am to 4pm.
El Festival del Río Anacostia es un evento bilingüe que ha reunido a niños y familias durante los últimos cuatro años para aprender sobre nuestro río Anacostia y celebrar a la gente y las culturas que viven a su alrededor.
El Festival del Río se está convirtiendo en una tradición otoñal en nuestra área y, si bien no podemos reunirnos con seguridad en el río como lo hemos hecho en años anteriores, estamos comprometidos a que el Festival del Río se realice en este año 2020.
